Clare graduated with a First-Class degree in Osteopathy from the Surrey Institute of Osteopathic Medicine (SIOM) where she was awarded the Richard Maryan prize, was nominated as top graduating student in her year and received a rising star award from the Institute of Osteopathy. Clare is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and a member of the Institute of Osteopathy. She is also trained in medical acupuncture, sports massage, rehabilitation and kinesio taping.

She holds a Level 3 Diploma in Matwork Pilates and often uses this to aid patient recovery and rehabilitation in addition to teaching classes. From clinical and personal experience, she is a firm believer in the concept of 'move it' or 'lose it' relative to any age or ability.  She has also undertaken additional training in Healthy HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Pilates and Spinal Rehabilitation.

Clare has experience of supportive treatment for stroke and neuromuscular diseases and is also experienced in treating sporting and non-sporting injuries. She has also undertaken postgraduate training in cranial osteopathy incorporating gentle techniques suitable for all ages, including babies and the elderly.

Previously a Human Resources Manager, she became interested in osteopathy when seeking treatment for her own neck and shoulder pain. She soon developed a passion for osteopathy and made the decision to change career, retrain and has never looked back since. Her personal experience helps her to relate to those suffering with pain from poor posture and desk/PC based work.  Clare has also worked as a tutor on Osteopathic courses in Italy and Ireland.
